To obtain from this Embassy a Declaration of Value (DV) of the Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education for REASONS OTHER THAN STUDIES, the applicant must submit the following documentation:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Letter\/registration\/application form from an Italian institution confirming the training\/work course\/etc;<\/li>\n
  2. Two (2) color photocopies of the Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE);<\/li>\n
  3. Two (2) Italian translations (original plus copy) of the KCSE Certificate – Translation services \u2013 Ambasciata d’Italia Nairobi<\/a>;<\/li>\n
  4. Verification letter issued by the Kenya National Examinations Council (KNEC www.knec.ac.ke<\/a> );<\/li>\n
  5. Copy of the School Leaving Certificate;<\/li>\n
  6. A clear, color photocopy of your passport\/ID card;<\/li>\n
  7. Form C duly completed, signed and dated by the applicant (link Form C)<\/a>;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    METHOD OF APPLICATION SUBMISSION:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    All the above documents should be placed in an envelope with the applicant’s details (First Name, Last Name, e-mail address and phone number) and submitted directly or by local courier to the following address on any day during working hours:<\/p>\n

    NOTE:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    1. The Italian Embassy in Kenya is competent to issue declarations of value only from recognized Kenyan institutions;<\/li>\n
    2. The verification letter issued by KNEC must be sent directly (by them) to this Embassy using the address highlighted in the “HOW TO APPLY” section;<\/li>\n
    3. Do not send the original academic certificate(s) unless instructed to do so – The Embassy will not be held responsible for any loss and\/or damage to the original documents;<\/li>\n
    4. PROVISIONAL KCSE STATS – this certificate may only be used within one (1) year from the date of the final examinations; any Application for Declaration of Value submitted after this period will require the final KCSE certificate;<\/li>\n
    5. This Embassy does not offer any kind of courier service (local or international);<\/li>\n
    6. This Embassy has no contact with the KNEC; any assistance needed on the platform should be addressed directly to the service provider;<\/li>\n
    7. Do not submit double-sided photocopies;<\/li>\n
    8. The fee for the service will be communicated to the individual once the documents have been successfully evaluated.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
