In order to obtain from this Embassy a Dichiarazione di Valore (Declaration of Value \u2013 DV) of your Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education for FOR REASONS OTHER THAN STUDIES, the applicant will be required to submit the following documentation:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Letter\/Registration\/Application Form from an Italian Entity confirming the Formation Course\/Job\/etc.;<\/li>\n
  2. Two (2) color photocopies of your Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE);<\/li>\n
  3. Two (2) Italian translations (original plus a copy) of your KCSE certificate – Translation services \u2013 Ambasciata d’Italia Nairobi (esteri.it)<\/a>;<\/li>\n
  4. Letter of verification issued by The Kenya National Examinations Council (KNEC www.knec.ac.ke<\/a> );<\/li>\n
  5. A clear, color photocopy of your passport\/ID;<\/li>\n
  6. The Form C duly completed, signed and dated by the applicant (link Form C<\/a>);<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    HOW TO SUBMIT THE APPLICATION:<\/h4>\n

    All the above-mentioned documents are to be put in an envelope marked with the applicants\u2019 details (Name, Surname, email address and telephone number) and submitted directly or via local currier at the following address any day during office working hours:<\/p>\n

    1. This Embassy of Italy in Kenya has jurisdiction for the Issuing of Declarations of Value only from recognized Kenyan Institutions;<\/li>\n
    2. The letter of Verification issued from KNEC is to be sent directly (from them) to this Embassy using the address highlighted in the \u201cHOW TO SUBMIT THE APPLICATION\u201d section;<\/li>\n
    3. Do not send the original academic certificate\/s unless instructed to do so \u2013 The Embassy will not be held liable for any loss and\/or damage to original documents;<\/li>\n
    4. PROVISIONAL KCSE transcripts \u2013 this certificate can only be used within one (1) year of undergoing the final examinations, any request for a Declaration of Value submitted after that time will require the final KCSE certificate;<\/li>\n
    5. This Embassy does not offer any form of courier services (Local or International);<\/li>\n
    6. This Embassy does not have any contacts with KNEC, any assistance needed on the platform will have to be addressed directly with the service provider;<\/li>\n
    7. Do not submit back to front photocopies;<\/li>\n
    8.
