This was the first meeting of its kind, aimed at presenting to Kenyan companies\u2014which collectively generate approximately 15 billion euros in revenue\u2014the tools and opportunities offered by the \u201cSistema Italia\u201d in Kenya, in line with the Mattei Plan for Africa.\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0In addition to collaboration with the embassy, the Kenyan business community was able to evaluate the options provided by the Italian Trade Agency (ITA), the newly established Italian-Kenyan Chamber of Commerce, and, above all, SACE.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Ambassador Del Monaco outlined SACE\u2019s support in terms of building investor confidence, matchmaking activities between Kenyan and Italian companies (not only exporters but also, for example, Italian companies looking to invest in Kenya), and financing.\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0The CEOs in attendance showed particular interest in the Italian technology sector and machinery\u2014much of which is already in use by many companies.
