Si informa che, a parziale rettifica di quanto comunicato con la Lettera d’Invito all’art.12.1, la prima seduta pubblica per la procedura di affidamento dei servizi di “outline proposals”, “scheme design” e “detailed design and production drawings” relativi alla costruzione di un nuovo compound da adibire ad Ambasciata d’Italia avrà luogo martedì 21 settembre 2021 alle ore 14.00, ora locale, presso la sala conferenze dell’Hotel Trademark di Nairobi: indirizzo: Limuru Road, The Village Market, Gigiri, Nairobi, Kenya.
A tale seduta potranno partecipare i legali rappresentanti degli operatori economici concorrenti oppure i soggetti da quest’ultimi delegati. In assenza di tali titoli ed in considerazione delle restrizioni imposte dall’emergenza Covid-19, la partecipazione in qualità di semplice uditore non è consentita.
Le successive sedute pubbliche si terranno il 22,23 e 24 settembre 2021, nello stesso luogo, in orari che saranno comunicati ai concorrenti al termine della prima seduta.
This is to inform you that, partially correcting what was communicated with Article 12.1 of the Letter of Invitation, the date and the venue of the first public session for the assignment of the services of “outline proposals”, “scheme design” and “detailed design and production drawings” relating to the construction of a new compound to be used as Italian Embassy has changed and will take place on Tuesday, 21st of September 2021 at 2.00 pm, local time, in the conference room of the Hotel Trademark in Nairobi: Limuru Road The Village Market, Gigiri, Nairobi, Kenya.
The legal representatives of the competing economic operators or persons designated by these delegates may participate. In the absence of the above requirements and in consideration of the ongoing Covid-19 emergency, participation as a simple listener will not allowed.
The following public sessions will be held on 22nd, 23rd and 24th September 2021, at the times that will be communicated at the end of the first session.
