Message of congratulations addressed to H.E. Mr. Enrico Letta, Prime Minister of Italy, from H.E. Mr. James A. Michel, President of the Republic of Seychelles.

Your Excellency,
Kindly allow me the opportunity, on behalf of the government and of the people of the Republic of Seychelles, to present to you our sincere congratulations upon your being sworn in as the new Prime Minister of the Italian Republic.
It gives me great pleasure to extend our best wishes to you for the task ahead as your promote reforms at home and ensure Italian leadership in global affairs. Your appointment exhibits the high level of confidence and belief that has been placed in your capacity to lead your country and I am certain that your past experiences will only add to your aptitude to deal with issues currently being faced in Europe.
Seychelles is grateful for the support afforded to us from the Italian Republic thus far, since the establishment of diplomatic relations, and we anticipate further collaboration with your country, most notably in the fields of tourism and culture. We also welcome new prospects and look forward to exploring new avenues for future cooperation between two our countries.
